Overview
In a coastal town facing rising seas, children are growing up in a world their elders can no longer recognize.
Through intimate stories, the film explores how one community adapts, remembers, and reimagines the future.
Shot over three years, Children of the Tide is both a portrait of a place and a meditation on resilience.

FIELD NOTE
Every story begins with listening.
We spent weeks in quiet conversations before the camera was ever turned on. Trust came first. The story followed.
The Story
From eroding shorelines to shifting livelihoods, the film follows the lives of three young people navigating change.
Their stories are not about victims of climate change, but about young leaders of their own becoming.

Process
An observational approach rooted in time, patience, and presence.
We worked closely with community members at every stage — from shaping the narrative to reviewing the final cut.
